Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms cover your use of mynFlow at mynflow.com (“mynFlow”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use mynFlow. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. The service
mynFlow helps you record products, sales and expenses and see your revenue, spending and profit. Your records are stored in your own Google Drive and on your devices.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Signing in for the first time creates your mynFlow account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for what happens in your mynFlow account.
- You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
- If you use mynFlow for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Your data
Your records belong to you. You let us process them only as needed to run mynFlow for you. Because they live in mynFlow’s folder in your Google Drive and on your devices, and we don’t keep a separate copy:
- if you delete mynFlow’s hidden app data in Google Drive, or delete your Google account, your records are gone and we can’t recover them;
- changes that haven’t reached Google Drive yet are only on that device (mynFlow shows when this is the case).
You can download your records as an Excel file at any time, and we recommend doing so regularly.
4. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use mynFlow to break the law;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data;
- interfere with, overload or attack the service;
- copy or reverse-engineer mynFlow, except where the law allows it.
5. Price
mynFlow is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you in advance, and nothing you already use will start costing money without your agreement.
6. Not professional advice
mynFlow’s figures are calculated from what you enter. They aren’t accounting, tax or legal advice. Check important figures with a qualified professional.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep mynFlow running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we shut mynFlow down, we’ll try to give at least 30 days’ notice; your records will remain in your Google Drive.
8. Other services
mynFlow relies on Google (sign-in and Drive), Supabase and Cloudflare. Your use of Google services is also covered by Google’s own terms. We aren’t responsible for outages or changes in those services.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, mynFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to mynFlow is limited to the amount you paid us for mynFlow in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using mynFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account through our contact form. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 3, 9 and 10 continue to apply after your account ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Morocco, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring them there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using mynFlow after that, you accept the updated terms.
